FASN and breast cancer: Moreover, we used the natural FASN inhibitor EGCG and its synthetic derivatives G28, G56, and G37 in comparison to C75 (Figure 1) to target FASN through these BCSC features from these TNBC models resistant to doxorubicin (231DXR) and paclitaxel (231PTR), the most common drugs currently used in this BC subtype devoid of a validated targeted therapy.
