In conclusion, in this study, we found eleven cytokines (IFNGR1, Notch‐3, TNFRSF19L, GHR, SLAMF8, FR‐beta, integrin alpha 5, galectin‐8, EphA1, epiregulin, and FGF‐12) that were elevated in gastric cancer serum, suggesting that these cytokines may participate in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. The gene discussed is EREG; the disease is gastric cancer.
