Our results showed that the activity of caspases 8, 9 and 3/7 were all notablely increased in the cancer cell xenotransplanted zebrafish treated with Furanodiene, revealing that Furanodiene-induced zebrafish apoptosis are both caspase 8 and caspase 9 dependent, leading to cancer cell death. This evidence concerns the gene CASP8 and cancer.
