CRP and endothelial dysfunction: The content of the circulating adhesion molecule vCAM-1 was positively correlated with the levels of CRP (r = 0.42), leptin (r = 0.31), TNF-a (r = 0.35) and IL-6 (r = 0.52), indicating the participation of proinflammatory molecules in the formation of endothelial dysfunction (p < 0.05).
