On the other hand, the combined expression of GLS2-centered-signature-gene set was significantly regulated with poor prognosis in lung and leukemia while there was no significant relationship of clinical outcomes in colon and head & neck cancers (see Figure 7d(i–iv)), suggesting that interacting partners of GLS and GLS2 together regulate the clinical outcomes in cancers. This evidence concerns the gene GLS2 and head and neck cancer.
