Given that upregulation of other HSP90 isoforms, including the cytosolic HSP90β, ER resident GRP94 and mitochondrial localized TRAP1, has been reported in NCSCL [26–29], vigorous research efforts are needed to further clarify whether their functions associated with cancer development and progression are also through the NAP1 signaling.
