H1975, is an adenocarcinoma cell line with key mutations in CDKN2A, EGFR, PIK3CA and TP53. Cell pellets from these cell lines were stained with AE1/AE3 antibody; a pan cytokeratin marker used widely in NHS histopathology laboratories as part of routine cancer diagnostics [20].
