In addition, TCGA database analyses showed that high expression of RACGAP1 was closely associated with poor prognosis (3-year overall survival) of several cancers, e.g., kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, sarcoma and skin cutaneous melanoma (Figure S5). Here, RACGAP1 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
