Kim et al. ( 46 ) reported that the expression of the LTB4R2 gene (also known as BLT2 ) was upregulated in MCF-7 (a human breast cancer cell line)/DOX (doxorubicin) cells, whereas cotreatment with a BLT2 inhibitor markedly reduced tumor growth in an in vivo MCF-7/DOX model. Here, LTB4R2 is linked to breast cancer.
