We showed that multiple EGFR-directed therapies (cetuximab, panitumumab, and MM-151) and several multi-RTK inhibitors (crizotinib, cabozantinib, and BMS-777607) can act cooperatively to overcome de novo and acquired resistance in CRC (Figures 2, 3, 4). This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and colorectal carcinoma.
