A majority of our biomarkers have some evidence in other psychiatric disorders, consistent with the broad effect of stress on the brain and on mind domains/dimensions [26–29], whereas a few seem to be specific for stress, such as HLA-B (Major Histocompatibility Complex, Class I, B), LOC105378349 (Uncharacterized LOC105378349), and STX11 (Syntaxin 11). Here, HLA-B is linked to psychiatric disorder.
