Differential expression of SERTAD1 simultaneously regulated its transcriptive change as well as tumor invasiveness, therefore we aimed to perform the meta-analysis that revealed expression of top 15% ranking SERTAD1 augmented genes which were studied in invasive breast carcinoma in 53 samples and compared with six normal breast tissue samples (Figure S2) as previously postulated in invasive breast cancer tissue across 53 publicly accessible breast cancer databases. This evidence concerns the gene SERTAD1 and neoplasm.
