TP53 and neoplasm: CA20 varies across integrative clusters (p-value < 0.0001, Fligner-Killeen test) and is particularly enriched in cluster 10 (FDR < 0.0001, Wilcoxon rank-sum test, for comparisons with each of all the other clusters; S2h Fig), characterized by high proportion of basal-like tumours, high genomic instability, high rate of TP53 mutations, chromosome arm 5q deletions and very poor prognosis in the short term [28].
