ABRAXAS2 and neoplasm: Moreover, the western blot results showed that FAM175B knockdown attenuated H2O2‐induced activation of proapoptotic proteins and FAM175B overexpression enhanced cisplatin‐induced cell apoptosis in EC9706 and KYSE30 cells, these findings revealed that FAM175B downregulation and the absence of activity in relevant pathways may play a role in chemotherapy drug resistance; thus, molecular drugs targeting FAM175B‐related pathways may have important clinical value in combating the antiapoptotic property of tumor cells.
