The evidence of dysregulation was particularly strong for Cyclin-Dependent Kinase Inhibitor 1B (Cdkn1b) and for Autophagy Related 16-Like 2 (Atg16l2), which both showed much higher expression levels in 3xTg-AD mice with respect to wild-type controls (Fig. 4).
