CRIP1 and colorectal carcinoma: Silencing of CRIP1 significantly decreased the growth of subcutaneous tumors and the IHC signals of CRIP1 is weaker in the subcutaneous tumors formed by CRIP silencing CRC cells compared with that formed by the control group (Fig. 3e, Additional file 1: Figure S2, right panel), which further confirmed the stimulatory of CRIP1 on CRC proliferation in vivo.
