KEGG pathway analysis demonstrated that significantly differentially expressed genes could have an impact on several cancer‐related pathways, such as metabolic pathways, focal adhesion, pathways in cancer, drug metabolism, the MAP kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway, the NF‐kappa B signaling pathway, and the phosphatidylinositol 3‐Kinase‐AKT (PI3K‐Akt) signaling pathway (Figure 2D). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is cancer.
