Previous studies have reported that RhoA proteins are involved in a variety of cellular processes and function through a number of different mechanisms.20 Further, studies have reported that RhoA overexpression could suppress the proliferation and invasion of glioma cells.21 Therefore, we hypothesized that upregulation of Pard3 might promote the activation or expression of RhoA, thereby decreasing glioma cell proliferation and invasion. This evidence concerns the gene RHOA and glioma.
