By comparing the TPM values of CD160 and CD58 from four RNA-seq datasets including SLE (GSE112087), RA (GSE117769), IBD (GSE112057IBD), and JIA (GSE112057JIA), we found that the aberrant expression of CD160 was statistically significant in SLE (P = 0.0006), IBD (P < 0.0001) and JIA (P = 0.0005), and was marginally significant in RA (P = 0.06) (Figure 3). Here, CD58 is linked to inflammatory bowel disease.
