CD160 and autoimmune disease: In the subgroup analyses, both RRA analysis of 14 array datasets using whole blood and RRA analysis of 5 array datasets using PBMCs validated CD160 as the most aberrantly expressed co-signaling molecule in autoimmune diseases (Supplementary Tables 5, 6, Supplementary Figures 4, 5), which suggested that the aberrant expression of CD160 in autoimmune diseases was not affected by the type of transcriptomes.
