CD160 had a moderate role in diagnosing SLE, IBD and JIA, and the AUCs for CD160 to diagnose SLE, IBD, and JIA were 0.756 (95%CI 0.63–0.88), 0.823 (95%CI 0.69–0.95) and 0.778 (95%CI 0.63–0.92) (Figure 5), respectively. The gene discussed is CD160; the disease is systemic lupus erythematosus.
