Oncomine analysis also revealed that TRIM13 was significantly lower-expressed in invasive ductal and invasive lobular breast carcinoma, invasive lobular breast carcinoma, invasive ductal breast carcinoma, tubular breast carcinoma, mucinous carcinoma, ductal breast carcinoma in situ, breast carcinoma, invasive breast carcinoma, and medullary carcinoma with respect to normal individuals (Figure 2A–I, Table 1). Here, TRIM13 is linked to invasive lobular breast carcinoma.
