We found that patients with high expression level of AMF did not affect the patient’s relapse-free survival (Fig. 5f), while both high expression levels of AMF and GPER-1 have poor prognosis that the 5-year survival rate decreased by 17.24% (p = 0.037) (Fig. 5g), which suggested that AMF-GPER-1 closely involved in the progression of endometrial cancer. The gene discussed is GPER1; the disease is endometrial cancer.
