We used not only the markers the expression of which was frequently altered in APL (CD34, CD117, HLA-DR, CD15, cyMPO, CD13, CD33, CD64) but also the prognostic markers, such as CD56, CD7, CD2, and cyFXIII-A [22, 29–32]. This evidence concerns the gene ANPEP and acute promyelocytic leukemia.
