We postulate that the technique used here will be especially useful for antibody-mediated imaging and quantifying lowly abundant targets such as HER3, or intracellular targets such as γH2AX, where the epitope-specific part of total tumour uptake is relatively low compared to non-specific uptake (as exemplified here in the case of the MDA-MB-231/H2N).
