Since BCR signalling plays an essentialrole in the proliferation and maintenance of malignantB-cells, increasing the activity of the cell signalling viathe secretion of miR-150 and miR-155 from MVs maybe associated with the survival of LCs in CLL (35, 37).Considering the cross-talk between MVs containingbiological molecules and CLL cells, the assessmentof the impact of MVs on the processes of LCs such asmaintenance, proliferation as well as the response therapyand MRD in this disease can reveal the prognostic valueof MVs expression in the prediction of CLL progression. Here, BCR is linked to B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
