CBX2 and breast neoplasm: Post hoc visualisation from the logistic regression model from Fig. 3a revealed a positive relationship between the aggressiveness of the AIMS breast tumour subtype and the proportion of patients who expressed CBX2 within each subtype (Supplementary Figure 7).30 Expression of CBX2 is not part of the mRNA expression-based AIMS classification scheme, which highlights the potential utility of CBX2 in the identification and molecular subtyping of aggressive breast tumours.
