These findings were consistent with that the expression levels of WTAP, RBM15, YTHDF2, YTHDF1 and ALKBH5 being positively correlated with the increasing malignancy of gliomas, while the expression levels of FTO are negatively correlated with the increasing malignancy of gliomas (Figs. 1 and 2, ). This evidence concerns the gene YTHDF2 and central nervous system cancer.
