These findings were consistent with that the expression levels of WTAP, RBM15, YTHDF2, YTHDF1 and ALKBH5 being positively correlated with the increasing malignancy of gliomas, while the expression levels of FTO are negatively correlated with the increasing malignancy of gliomas (Figs. 1 and 2, ). The gene discussed is YTHDF2; the disease is glioma.
