Here, we revealed that in glioma, the expression of m6A RNA methylation regulators is significantly associated with biological processes, such as extracellular matrix, angiogenesis, cell division, response to hypoxia, inflammatory response, immune response and others, as well as with signaling pathways, such as ECM-receptor interaction, p53, cell cycle, PI3K-Akt, TNF, NFκB and others. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and glioma.
