Consequently, in the final multiple logistic regression model for the association between known AF and those with no detected AF (the reference group), heart failure, NT-proBNP logarithmic mean, and diastolic blood pressure were significantly associated with known AF with an odds ratio and 95% CI of 48 (3.7 to 622.7) for heart failure, 6.68 (2.66 to 16.77) for log NT-proBNP (Fig 3), and 1.12 (1.04 to 1.21) for diastolic blood pressure.
