TP53 and uterine cervix carcinoma in situ: There were 6 cases (6%) out of 100 that showed overexpression of p16, immunoreactivity for p53 and negative staining for RARβ of which 1 case (16.66%) was CIN I, 1 case (16.67%) were CIN II, 3 cases (50%) were CIN III and 1 case (16.67%) was of other associated cervical conditions.
