We also examined SATB1 in antigen‐specific T cells against acute and chronic viral infections, specifically toward the most prominent HLA‐A*02:01‐restricted epitope from influenza A virus (IAV) (HLA‐A*02:01‐M158–66 (M158))23, 24 and Epstein–Barr virus (HLA‐A*02:01‐BMLF1280–288 (GLC)).25 Our study has implications for further understanding of differential SATB1 expression in lymphocytes across healthy human tissues.
