Our data show that treatment with naproxen-HBTA in mice with cutaneous melanoma was able to reduce the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-13 in tumor tissues confirming the efficacy of naproxen-HBTA in inhibiting the metastatic potential of B16F10 melanoma cells and the metastasis initiation in mice. This evidence concerns the gene MMP2 and neoplasm.
