Combined with previous studies ,we found that SLC25A5 (ANT2), a natural sense transcript of SLC25A5‐AS1, could suppress tumour growth and down‐regulate miR‐19a through the PI3K/AKT pathway in hepatocellular carcinoma cells.11 To determine whether SLC25A5‐AS1 could interact with miR‐19a, we found one potential binding site between miR‐19a‐3p and SLC25A5‐AS1 by miRanda (Figure 5A). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is neoplasm.
