Of 27 patients with NSCLC with EGFR mutations, no patients achieved complete response (CR; 0%), 6 achieved partial response (PR; 22.2%), 5 achieved stable disease (18.5%), 13 achieved progressive disease (48.1%), and 3 were unevaluable (11.1%) when treated with ICIs, which was indicated in a response rate of 22% and disease control rate of 41% (Figure 1A). The gene discussed is EGFR; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
