Liver metastases are known as a poor prognostic factor in patients with lung cancer, regardless of various histologic types,23, 24 and the presence of liver metastases in patients with NSCLC is associated with shorter PFS and tends to reduce effectivity to PD‐1 inhibition compared with those in patients without liver metastases.25 General conditions, including malnutrition, are important factors to consider for successful administration of systemic treatments.
