Multiple genes implicated in cell proliferation and differentiation, including the telomerase reverse transcriptase gene, c-MET, EGFR and NF1, have been showed to be mutated or overly expressed in glioblastoma (Appin and Brat, 2015; Bao et al., 2014; Li et al., 2016). This evidence concerns the gene NF1 and glioblastoma.
