TMSB10 is a member of the family of β-thymosins, and has been found to be overexpressed in most types of human cancers including liver cancer [8,9], gastric cancer [10], pancreatic cancer [11,12], cholangiocarcinoma [13], renal cell carcinoma [14], ovarian cancer [15,16], lung cancer [17,18], breast cancer [19,20], and thyroid cancer [21–23].
