CD38 and HIV infectious disease: We examined CycT1 and phosphorylated-CDK9 (Thr186 pCDK9 - a marker of activated P-TEFb), activation markers (CD25, CD69, CD38, HLA.DR, and Ki67), and other proteins regulated by HIV infection for comparison (CD4, p21, beta7 integrin, CD62L, and HLA.ABC).
