The results in Fig 7 indicate that challenge at D9 beforeADA was detected by either assay led to protection of macaques #T766 and#13D036, whilst the emergence of ADA (detected by ELISA but not inhibition ofneutralization) between D9 and D13 was sufficient to reduce circulatingPGT121-YTE to below protective levels leading to infection in macaques # T765and #13D077 following the D13 challenge. Here, ADA is linked to infection.
