Compared to norm samples (comparison studies: depression: [38], anxiety: [27]), participants showed significantly higher depressive and anxiety sum scores in the PHQ-9 (M(SD) = 9.10(6.0) vs. 2.91(3.52), Cohens d = 1.77) and GAD-7 (M(SD) = 6.51(5.5) vs. 2.95(3.41), Cohens d = 1.06). Here, GAD1 is linked to major depressive disorder.
