MIR17HG and breast carcinoma: For example, Diego Chacon-Cortes et al. [50] investigated six SNPs (i.e. rs1888138, rs7336610, rs9589207, rs17735387, rs4248505, rs1428) in the lncRNA MIR17HG, and identified significant association between rs4248505 at the allele level and rs4248505/ rs7336610 at the haplotype level susceptibility to breast cancer, which means that lncRNA MIR17HG plays the main role in the pathophysiology of breast cancer.
