G6PD and diabetes mellitus: An in-silico study was performed to compare the efficacy of chrysophanol and a drug, Glibenclamide, against diabetes mellitus targets, namely β3adrenergic receptor (β3AR), Glycogen synthase kinase 3 (GSK3), PTP 1B, DPP4, PPAR-γ, Hexokinase, Potassium Voltage-Gated Channel Subfamily J Member 11 (KCNJ 11), Lipase, Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), Aspartate transaminase (AST), Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD), Fructose 1-6 bisphosphate (F6BPO4), Insulin receptors, Glutathione peroxidase (GPx), and Protein kinase C (PKC), using Glide tool.
