We then discovered that the antiviral group exhibited a much lower MVI rate (31.7% vs 48.7%, P < 0.01), a higher tumor capsule integrity (27.3% vs 16.8%, P < 0.05, Fig. 2f), fewer satellite micronodules (14.4% vs 27.7%, P < 0.01, Fig. 2g), and lower level of serum AFP level (2587 ± 800 vs 533 ± 289 ng/ml, P < 0.01, Fig. 2h), compared to the no antiviral group. This evidence concerns the gene AFP and neoplasm.
