Of these 27 proteins, the following 11were also identified as significantly altered in CSF of arthritis patients after infliximab treatment by univariate analysis of the label-free proteomics data: cell adhesion molecule 3 (CADM3), Insulin-like Growth Factor-Binding Protein 7 (IGFBP7), Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type N (PTPRN), Apolipoprotein H (APOH), Alpha-1-B Glycoprotein (A1BG), Fibrinogen gamma chain (FGG), Beta-2-microglobulin (B2M), Complement C4B(C4B), Complement C7 (C7), Complement Factor B (CFB) and hemopexin (HPX) (Table 2).
