AMH and Infertility: The cumulative probability of conception and the relative probability of conception in a given menstrual cycle (fecundability) were prospectively evaluated in 750 women without a history of infertility; low serum antimüllerian hormone (AMH) or high follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels were not associated with reduced fertility in at least the following 12 cycles of attempt, even after controlling for age, race, BMI, smoking status, and recent use of hormonal contraceptives.68
