Anti-TIF1-γ/α and β are not only clinically associated with a low prevalence of fever, arthritis, ILD, or mechanic's hand but are also clinically associated with a higher prevalence of classical skin eruption (Gottron's papules, trunk erythema, V-sign, and shawl sign) with poikiloderma and malignancy.
