It was hypothesized that IL14 can selectively act on memory B cell to enhance memory B cell function and induces SS by converting low-affinity autoreactivity into high-affinity memory B cell [8, 15, 16], while both IL14 and BAFF transgenic mice shared lots of similar features as animal model for pSS, such as lymphocytic infiltration of lacrimal and submandibular gland. The gene discussed is TNFSF13B; the disease is synovial sarcoma.
