The wound healing and Transwell assay showed that blocking NF-κB signaling can significantly weaken the stimulatory effect of PHF5A on migration and invasion of HCC cells, respectively (Figures 4(f) and 4(g)), suggesting that NF-κB signaling is essential for the stimulatory effect of PHF5A on HCC progression.
