CCNB1 and lung cancer: Specifically, miR‐181c promotes high‐glucose‐induced dysfunction in human umbilical vein endothelial cells by targeting leukaemia inhibitory factor.53 Furthermore, miR‐181c protects CsA‐induced renal damage and fibrosis through inhibition of epithelial‐mesenchymal transition.54 In addition, in non‐small cell lung cancer cells, miR‐181c contributes to cisplatin resistance by targeting Wnt inhibition factor 1.55 In this study, we confirmed that Ccnb1 is a new target gene of miR‐181c‐5p in primary mouse osteoblasts, as indicated by a luciferase assay.
