The inhibitor of GPR35 (G Protein-Coupled Receptor 35), a receptor of CXCL17, prevented the stimulatory effect of CXCL17 on the enhancement of CD11b+Gr-1+ MDSCs basal and transendothelial migration (Fig. 3f, g), indicating that CXCL17 might functionally mediate the inhibition of anti-cancer immunity of the lungs in mice via a GPR35-dependent manner.
