Moreover, we found that RECK was downregulated in a panel of HCC cell lines compared with nontumor hepatocytes QSG-7701 (Figure 4(e)), and nearly inversely correlated with miR-135b in these cell lines (Figure 4(e), P=0.0843), further implying the targeting of RECK by miR-135b. This evidence concerns the gene RECK and hepatocellular carcinoma.
