Using NGS on invasive pituitary adenomas and 6 non-invasive pituitary adenomas, 15 genes with pathogenic mutations were identified (131), including EGFL7, LRP1B, MGAM, MAST4, DSPP, PRDM2, PRDM8, ZNF717, LRRC50, TRIOBP, MX2, DPCR1, PRB3, SPANXN2, and KIAA0226. The gene discussed is TRIOBP; the disease is pituitary gland adenoma.
