After controlling for conventional cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors including hypertension, BMI, FBG, TC, TG, HDL‐C, LDL‐C, current smoking and alcohol consumption, the multivariate‐adjusted OR (95% CI) of AAS for high Sema7A levels was 6.40 (2.88‐14.25) (P < 0.001), compared with low Sema7A. This evidence concerns the gene SEMA7A and Hypertension.
